After leaving the Air Force in the late 1980s, Shawn settled in Defiance, Ohio and began his professional music career.  From 1989 to 1993 he worked full time as singer/guitar player-sometimes playing as many as six dates a week!  One of his bands, Urgent Fury, enjoyed success as an opener for national headliners Foghat and Molly Hatchet.  Shawn relocated to Texas in 2000 and hooked up with Savage Mutt (now known as just, "Mutt"), Mistaken Identity and Green Means Go.  In 2007, Shawn's full-time job returned him to northeast Ohio.  Now singing and playing guitar for Sonic Anthem, Shawn hopes to see old friends and make some new ones!
